Wendy's Malaysia is Closing Down on 31st of March 2019

There are rumours about Wendy's Malaysia closing down all its outlet by 31st of March 2019. In fact, several netizens reported that several Wendy's outlet such as Ikano Power Centre (IPC) Damansara outlet, and several outlets within Klang Valley were already closed prior to the date.

There was also rumour stating that the closure is due to the franchisee, Berjaya Burger's decision not to renew its agreement with the international fast food chain.

Do you think the news on Wendy's Malaysia's closure true? Even though Wendy's is not as popular as McDonald's, Burger King, and Subway in Malaysia, it has been one of my favourite fast food restaurant. I honestly prefer Wendy's over McDonald's.

Some people reported that Wendy's Malaysia had terminated their Instagram account. Besides that, there is an Instagram account with the name wendysmalaysia which inform about the closure on 31st of March 2019. Even if you take a look at Wendy's Malaysia's facebook page, you will realise their last updates were on January.

If the rumours about Wendy's Malaysia's cease of operation by 31st of March is true, it's going to be a sad day for Wendy's' fans including me. I will always miss their Dave's Cheeseburger and Mushroom Melt.
